Behold… my beautiful breakfast. It’s sweet, savory, and crunchy! The best part — it’s kinda good for me! It’s one slice of Ezekiel Bread with almond butter, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and the tiniest bit of honey! It’s so good!!
Here’s my meal plan for the rest of the day:
Breakfast — Ezekiel toast + Protein Latte (I make a protein shake with 1 scoop vanilla powder and coffee instead of water)
Snack 1 — Hard Boiled Eggs (2) and Watermelon
Lunch — Chef Salad
Snack 2 — Fresh Cherries
Dinner — Turkey Burgers with Oven fries and Green Beans
Snack 3 — Baby Carrots with 2 tsp Peanut Butter
My workout plan for today — hitting the gym for cardio cross training (elliptical, cycle, or walking on treadmill) then Upper body fix!
