What I ate – Yesterday… (21 day fix day 1)

Just realized I should’ve probably posted what I ate yesterday… For accountability sake, right?  Or just because I’m an over-sharer ^_^

Here’s what I had:

Breakfast — Protein Latte (1 scoop of vanilla protein powder + iced coffee) and watermelon –>I had this after my run

Snack 1 — Ezekiel Toast

Lunch — Chef Salad

Snack 2 — Apple + 2 tsp almond butter

Dinner — Fire Chicken + Rice and Salad  (Picture from Maangchi’s website — goes along with the link)

SOO good and SUPER filling — also spicy so I drank lots of water!
