Tuesday – 47/30
Wednesday – 35/30
Thursday – 31/30
Friday – 34/30
Saturday – 38/30
Sunday – 42/30
Seeing it all typed out, I see an improvement between this week and last week.
There was less eating out this week and that automatically makes staying on track easier for me.
