  It’s HUMP DAY! That means it’s weigh in Wednesday!  This also is the first week since I’ve started getting real and using tools to manage my weight/health.   Happy Scale Results     My moving average is -0.4 pounds from last week! 18 miles!!!

I ran 18 miles today!  With an ear infection!  In the dark (for the first 3-4 miles)!!  This was the first time running this far — So many firsts during this marathon training cycle!! It was a rough one.  About halfway thru I really needed a potty break, but there was no rest area in sight. Ear infection!!

Ear infection!!

Sorry for being MIA this week — I ended up at urgent care with impaired hearing (and freaking out about it!!) Turns out – the “gunk” I’ve had for the last four weeks was actually a sinus and then throat infection — which is now an ear infection.  My doc literally said everything from the top of my head to my collar bones was infected.  So I’m on some major meds.  I’ll post again when I’m better!!
