Happy Monday!!!

 

This past week was a weird week of training.  Fatigue, illness (including a persistent cough), and tummy issues all seemed to interfere with me this week.  The credit and illness are definitely linked — my runny nose and sore throat from last week turned into chest congestion and coughing this week.  This meant coughing all night — and lack of sleep…. 🙁

 

The tummy issues came up because I decided to try new ways of fueling.  MISTAKE!

 

Luckily, by the time I did my long run, I had adjusted to new fueling strategies… Thursday was rough though…

Monday – 5 Miles & Chest & Triceps // 5 miles
Tuesday – Back & Biceps // OFF
Wednesday – 8 miles // OFF *sick*
Thursday – 5 miles + Legs & Shoulders // Chest & triceps + 3 miles *Tummy issues*
Friday – Rest & Recover //Rest & Recover
Saturday – 16 miles // 16 miles
Sunday – Rest & Recover
