Happy Monday!!!

This past week was another weird week of training!  The new issue is a weird back pain that makes it difficult to lift my leg!  Each stride felt like a nightmare — so I had to miss TWO runs!! 🙁

 

I’m worried, but rehab-ed really well (stretching, safe movements, and heat) and will approach this week renewed and re-dedicated!

 

After all, I have two long runs left before the taper!  18 miles this week and 20 next week — that’s it!!  Then tapering before my marathon in 4 weeks!

Tuesday – Back & Biceps // OFF
Wednesday – 8 miles // OFF – Rehab
Thursday – 5 miles // 5 miles – felt strong!
Friday – Rest & Recover //Rest & Recover
Saturday – 17 miles // OFF – Rehab
Sunday – Rest & Recover
