Taco Tuesday!

Just a quick post to share some treats from my taco Tuesday:

First up – of course, my tacos!  Made tacos for dinner complete with a little dish of guac and some chips. Watched jeopardy with hubby as we ate. Yum!

Next up – I admired my nail polish from last week — it’s somewhat chipped but I’m going to rock it until it’s a bit more chipped.  Instead of swapping polish, I had a bit of a hand massage and did some yoga. Self care rocks!!


Finally these oats!  I could only eat about half of them but they were tastey!  Chocolate, nuts, chia seeds, and coconut shavings.  Mmmmm.

  1. OMG those chocolate oats look soooooo good! I’m horrible with nail polish…sometimes I’m good and take it off before it chips, to change colors…but most times I let it go for like 2 weeks before changing it out!

    1. Oh man, those oat were good!! I’d recommend trying them! I take about 1/4 cup instant oats, a few things of stevia, 1 tbps cocoa powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and a handful of walnuts/coconut/chocolate chips and mix them with about a cup or so of unsweetened almond milk. I put all of the ingredients in a mason jar (or tupperware bowl) — shake — and let sit overnight. SOO GOOD on a humid/warm morning!
