Week 24?!!  That means that it’s TWO WEEKS until RACE DAY!!!

It also means I’ve officially made it to my first taper!  WOOT!

My plan for this week is to focus on quality runs — and to make sure to hit all my runs.  I’m also going to focus on strength training, since I’ve been a bit lazy about it for the past few weeks.

Tuesday – Chest + Triceps //OFF
Wednesday – 8 miles //8 Miles
Thursday – 5 miles& LEGS! // OFF
Friday – Rest & Recover //Yoga
Saturday – 20 miles // 20 MILES!!!! 😀
Sunday – Rest & Recover // Rest & Recover 😀
