Week 25?!!  That means that NEXT WEEKEND is RACE DAY!!!

 

I’ve been in my head about pace lately.  I’m so worried that I’ll run so slowly on race day that they’ll pack up and roll out!  I felt this same way on my Half-Marathon race day, which meant I really pushed myself and ended up with time to spare!  I’m praying the same will be true on Marathon day!

Monday – 5 Miles & Back + Biceps // 5 Miles
Tuesday – Chest + Triceps // Off
Wednesday – 8 miles // OFF
Thursday – 5 miles + Legs // Total Body Weights
Friday – OFF // 9 Miles
Saturday – OFF
Sunday – OFF

Tuesday – Back & Biceps
Wednesday – 5 Miles + Chest & Triceps
Thursday – 3 Miles
Friday – FOAM ROLL
Saturday – 8 Miles
