This week’s workout was Crossfit Open 17.3 — it was a good one!

It was a snatch workout — different weights with 3 rounds at each weight.  The heavier the weights got, the fewer reps you’d do in each round.  To alternate, jumping chin-over-bar pullups were thrown in.


It was so fun! and HARD!


I didn’t earn any “Bonus time” — so in 8 mins I did as many of the chin over bars and snatches as I could…
