This week’s Crossfit Open Workout was my FAVORITE so far!!


It’s a repeat from last year’s week 4 workout.  As many rounds/reps as possible in 13 minutes of:

  • 55 Deadlifts (I scaled so my weight here was 95lbs)
  • 55 Wallballs (10lbs to a 9ft target)
  • 55 calories on the rower
  • 55 Hand Release Push Ups

I got all the way through the row and did 3 pushups (though only 2 counted due to terrible form) — I’m SUPER proud of myself because I really did push myself.  My time on the rower was full of “eyes closed & pushing it” face…
