Jet lag is real…

My body seriously cannot handle flights and lack of sleep or a changes in schedule.  This week, my average night’s sleep was about 4 hours.  Some nights, I got 6 or 7 hours of sleep and other nights I got 2 or less.

 

Needless to say the gym last night and this morning FELT AWFUL!  I didn’t feel like I was going to die or anything, I just felt WEAK and I HATE FEELING WEAK!

 

Does anyone else get really bad jet lag?  
How do you re-acclimate to your normal schedule after a vacay?
Going anywhere fun or doing anything fun this summer?
