Happy Weigh in Wednesday all!
In keeping with full transparency, I have to admit that my weigh in this week took plan on Saturday — so hubby and I could weigh in together. We weigh in before hitting the gym, before breakfast, and before the day really begins. We’re going to keep this as our weekly weigh in day for the foreseeable future — but I’ll report on Wednesdays like usual.

This week My average weight was 190.2!
I’m super happy with my progress and plan to keep on trucking!
Progress towards Goal #1
My first goal, as discussed back in Sept, was to lose 5 pounds by the end of October.
I’m standing firm on this goal — I will be 189.6 by the end of October! (It’s just 0.6 pounds!!)
I’ve already weighed in one day this month below this weight! On 10/12 I weighed in at 189.4 — but as weights fluctuate with hormones, salt intake, etc… I’m just going to keep making strides to see the downward trend continue.
