Oh boy did the holidays come down on me! Too Many Treats! AHH! I stepped on the scale the other day and was SHOCKED how much I gained in just a few short days.  Saturday I was 192.6 (up from 189.4 just a few weeks ago).  Yesterday, the scale said 195!!!
