My normal Saturday morning showed 189.4 on the scale! This would be a loss of 0.2 pounds from last week!

My HappyScale app has progress towards milestones and each week when I weigh in, it’ll let me know how close I am to completing these milestones.
For the app, it just takes your starting weight and your goal weight and divides them evenly into 10 equally sized pieces. My starting weight was 225 and my goal weight is 150 — so that’s 75 divided into 10 equal parts making each milestone 7.5 pounds.
I have my own Milestones — goals with dates making them S.M.A.R.T goals! (Strategic, Measurable, Attainable, Reasonable, Time sensative).
- Hit 180 by Christmas — that means losing around 9 pounds in two months. This is ambitious — but doable. I figure as long as I’m close, I’m happy!
- Hit a loss of about 1 pound per week — or 4-5 pounds per month
- Hit 170 by the Crossfit Open (end of February, early March — this is strategic, so I can get those pull ups!)
- Hit Goal weight by Summer (again, strategic — I don’t want to be carrying this extra blubber when it’s sweltering out!!)
- Neck: 14.25
- Waist: 40
- Hips: 42
- Bust: 37.5
- Chest: 40
- Biceps: 12
- Wrist: 6.5
- Shoulder 18.25
- Thighs: 24.5
- Calves: 16
