Just a quick post to share the Workout of the week — this week it’s a Row Machine killer!
Teams of 2 – One partner works at a time.
12 minute time cap
6 Rounds of:
- 10 calories on the rower
- 10 clean and jerks (Rx – 95/65) (Rx+ – 135/95)
Results: hubby and I finished over the time cap (15:36) but mostly due to transition issues. Getting in and out of the rower took so much time for poor giant hubby. His feet (size 16) and my feet (size 9) were so different that we had to change the stirrups each and every round. This alone took a few minutes.
This is actually part of a competition that most members of my gym are prepping for. It’ll be this weekend and hubby and I are going to cheer them on!
