Meal Plan Monday #2 — week of 12/3 – 12/9

Happy Monday!


Hope you all had a fantastic weekend!

Now that it’s officially December, I can’t help but feel filled with the Christmas spirit!  I want to decorate my house, put up the tree, and start baking cookies!!!!!


Before any of that, I sketched out a rough Meal Plan for this week:

Key Meals This week:

  • Crockpot Meatballs (4 SP for 5 meatballs) — I found frozen turkey meatballs at Walmart!!  I’m going to use a bag of those and pour on a bottle of this Sugar Free BBQ Sauce.  Set it on low for a few hours and you’re good to go!  I’m serving with Baked potatoes or on a sub bun!
  • BA Salads (0 -3 SP depending on toppings) are back for a second week.  I’ll dump on any leftover protein I can get my hands on.  From grilled chicken to korean leftovers.  It’s all about the veggie overload coated in protein!
  • Pork Chops in the Air Fryer (7 SP per chop)– first of all, the air fryer makes the best french fries of life… This recipe is going to be a new one for us this week.  Going to serve it with some “stir fried” cauliflower rice (also a new recipe) and hopefully rock it out
  • Not in the above picture, but Carb Master Yogurts from Harris Teeter — with sliced almonds, chia seeds, and flax seeds (for fiber).  They are 2 SP per cup, with nuts and fruit can range from 3-5 SP but totally worth it!
